Custom Trip Planning

99% of our clients come to us for our expert travel planning services. This includes initial consultation (in person, phone call or Zoom), trip routing, budgeting, final proposal, booking of accommodations, touring, guides, air and ground transportation, pre-travel checklist, personalized Pocket Travel Digital Itinerary (web and phone version), and personalized walk through 1 week before departure. Once you depart, our travel team monitors you until you return home. Planning fees depend on number of guests, total days and complexity of the trip.

Annual Retainers

An annual retainer affords the flexibility of having us on call for your travel needs in a more synergetic partnership for clients who are traveling multiple times a year and need our attention more regularly. Out of respect for time commitments – both yours and ours – we accept a limited number of annual retainer clients. Please let us know if you would like to discuss this option to experience our undivided attention on all your global adventures.

Fine Hotel & Resort Program VIP amenities (sample):

• Daily Breakfast for two guests per room
• Resort/Food/Beverage/or Spa Credit (usually $100 per stay)
• Upgrade upon booking or at check in, if available, depending on the property

Our Cruise Program is the best in the business, offering clients VIP amenities on almost every cruise line in the world. If you know your cruise, it is complimentary for us to book it, and we’ll apply our VIP amenities so you feel the extra love. You can also search and book cruises right here on our website!

Ready to cruise, but not sure where? We’ll research cruises based on your wish list, season and travel style. When you’re ready to book, we’ll help select your room and apply VIP amenities. (Fee applies whether cruise is ultimately booked or not)

Airfare

We have a 24/7 Air Desk staffed with incredible team members and contracts with the airlines. And yes, when we book your airfare, you still earn miles. Clients engaging us for full custom itinerary planning get the benefit of our air desk at no additional cost, however if you simply want assistance to book your flights, we do charge a per ticket fee to book and manage the itinerary:

$75 – Per person Domestic Travel
$100 – Per person International Travel

Travel Insurance Quotes

We can’t say this strongly enough – never leave home without Travel Insurance. We don’t and neither should you. Not convinced? Ask us for examples of when travel insurance saved the day and we’ll give you hundreds of “this really happened” scenarios from clients (no names of course), as well as many stories of our own. Our insurance partners offer comprehensive policies that cover your entire itinerary – airfare, hotel, cruise, land tours and transportation at a fraction of the cost of purchasing them individually from providers. And kids under 18 are insured for free on their parent’s policy. We will always offer you travel insurance and when you decline we will ask you to tell us in writing if you decline. It’s that important!

Finding your next great spot takes time, knowledge of thousands of properties and their current status. We spend a lot of time performing site inspections and keeping current “don’t book” lists, so your dream trip doesn’t turn into a travel nightmare. We will research and recommend properties based on your wish list and travel style filtered through our vast experience and up to date knowledge on destinations and hotel/resort properties. With thousands of options, we’ll find your perfect fit. (Fee applies whether hotel is ultimately booked or not).

Service Fees

Current travel conditions make working with our expert advisors more important than ever. We spend hours each week updating destination requirements, always working to help you make the best decisions. When a client secures our services we immediately begin researching and building the itinerary. Therefore all service fees are nonrefundable, paid before any proposal is presented and whether the client ultimately books the trip with us or not. Planning fees can be paid by Zelle or credit card (with an additional 3.5% processing fee).
